How Does It Work? A Look Behind the Scenes

- Preparation: Just like with a traditional crown, Dr. Rebol will gently prepare your tooth by removing any decay and shaping it to perfectly fit your new crown.
- The Digital Scan: Instead of a messy traditional impression, we use a small, comfortable camera to take a precise 3D digital scan of your prepared tooth and the surrounding teeth. It’s fast, accurate, and much more pleasant for you.
- Designing Your Smile: That digital scan is sent to our in-office computer software. Dr. Rebol uses this technology to design your new crown with exact precision, helping to ensure it fits your bite perfectly and looks completely natural alongside your other teeth.
- Creating Your Crown: Once the design is finalized, the data is sent to our in-office milling machine. This machine carves your new crown out of a solid, high-quality ceramic block that matches your tooth color. This is where the magic happens, and it only takes about 10-20 minutes!
- Placement: While you relax, the crown is prepared for bonding. Dr. Rebol then cements your new, permanent crown in place, checks your bite for comfort, and sends you on your way.
